Terms and conditions

Outlined below are our standard terms and conditions for booking courses with ACCT Education Ltd.

1. Registration and payment

Please complete the registration form fully. Payment is due at the time of booking and will be taken immediately when paying by credit card. If payment is being made by bank transfer this should be received by ACCT Education Ltd within 48 hours of the booing being made via the website. For group bookings where an invoice has been raised this must be paid no later than 28 days prior to the start of the event. If payment is not received we reserve the right to allocate the place(s) to another delegate.

2. Special requirements

Please ensure you inform us of any dietary requirements or food allergies when completing the registration form. Please inform us at the time of booking if you have any health concerns or access requirements that we should be aware of. We will endeavour to organise reasonable adjustments for requested special requirements.

3. Cancellation

Cancellation requests should be made via the contact form.
Cancellations made no later than six weeks prior to the start of the event will receive a full refund minus a £30 administration fee. After this time and until three weeks prior to the start of the event 50% of the fee will be charged. No refund will be due for cancellations made after this time.

4. Transfers and substitutions

Requests to transfer to a future course should be made by via the contact form. Transfers may not be possible if the vacated place cannot be filled by another delegate. 
If a delegate wishes to substitute another candidate for their place this will be subject to a £30 administration fee.

5. Course content

We reserve the right to modify the course content and to change the venue, location and/or faculty at any time. Every effort will be made to run courses as advertised and changes will only be made in exceptional circumstances.

6. Cancellation or postponement of the event

We reserve the right to cancel/reschedule the event, at any time. Cancellation notices will be sent to the email address or number given on the registration form and receipt will be assumed unless evidence of non-delivery is received. A full refund of event registration fees (only) will be made to participants who are unable to attend on the rescheduled date. ACCT Education Ltd will not accept liability for any other loss, damage, costs or expenses incurred by the Delegate as a result of the cancellation/rescheduling of the event, including without limitation: professional fees or other earnings and costs.

7. Data protection

By registering for the event you agree to ACCT Education Ltd using your information for the purpose administering the course. If you have consented to this, from time to time ACCT Education Ltd may contact you about other events. We will not share your information with any other organisation without your consent.

8. Photography and filming

ACCT Education Ltd make take photographs or undertake filming during our events. These may be used by us on our website or on social media. 

9. Liability

ACCT Education Ltd do not accept liability for any injuries or losses of any nature incurred by delegates and/or accompanying persons, nor for loss or damage to their luggage and/or personal belongings.
