What type of information we have 

When you book a course or other service through our website we collect your contact information and information relating to your current grade, role, and workplace. Where necessary, data relating to dietary requirements is also collected. In addition we will record your email address and billing address for payments. Sometimes during our courses we may take photographs or undertake filming.

What we do with the information

The information we collect is used to administer the courses and other services we operate. Where necessary your billing information (name and billing address) will be shared with our payments services provider in order to manage you payment. If you have consented to it we may, from time to time, use your email address to contact you regarding upcoming events. Photographs or video taken during our courses may be used in our promotional material or on our website.

How we store your information

Your information is stored in a database in a datacenter operated by our web hosting provider. The data centre is secure and meets the ISO 27001 certification standard.
We will normally retain you data for a period of three years before deleting it from our database.
