What methods of payment do we accept?
In general we accept payments by bank transfer or credit/debit card. If you are booking multiple places and would prefer your employer to be invoiced directly, please get in touch to discuss your requirements.
When you choose to pay by bank transfer (BACS) you will receive an email details the account details to which you should make the payment. Please ensure you include your order number as the payment reference. Please ensure payment is received within 48 hours of your order.
When paying by this method your order will initially show as ‘On hold’. Once we have confirmed receipt of your payment your order will be marked as ‘Completed’ and you will receive an email with your booking confirmation and your event ticket. As this is a manual process it will not occur immediately after you make the transfer. Please allow up to 48 hours.
We accept payments from all major credit and debit cards. Payments are made via our secure payment gateway provided by Stripe. We do not store any card details on our website. The system is compliant with the relevant security standards including strong customer authentication.

Please note, payment must be received no later than 28 days prior to the start of the course if paying by invoice.
When will I receive my ticket?
Exactly when you receive your ticket depends upon how you have paid. For card payments you should receive your ticket within a few minutes of the payment completing. For bank transfers (BACS) you should allow up to 48 hours from making the payment.
If you have not received your ticket check your span/junk email folder. If you still can’t find it get in touch.
Do I need to bring my ticket?
We use the QR code on the tickets to confirm attendance at our courses. We can scan this from your ticket, either on your phone or from a printed copy. However, we can confirm your attendance manually if you do not have the ticket with you.
What if I lose my ticket?
We can send you another copy by email, just let us know.
We try to provide a general overview of the course timetable on each event page. Once finalised, we will circulate a more detailed timetable to delegates by email. There may be some changes on the day due to last minute bookings or circumstances beyond our control.

When you book a place on one of our courses you will be asked if you have any specific dietary requirements. If you think you may have forgotten to inform us of something please let us know as soon as possible.
